are fillings supposed to turn yellow?

i got fillings put on two of my top teeth a few weeks ago and they look like they are turning yellow and falling off or is it just plaque? my dentist said they were permanent. please help.

this happened to me. they are turning yellow because they are a lesser quality of a filling. stop eating food with dyes, and brush after every thing you eat. it wont completely go away, of course.. but you can prevent more damage.
next time you have to get fillings, try a new dentist..
