Are white canker sores always bad?

I have a canker sore on my gums behind my two bottom from teeth. It's white, circular, and indented like a crater. Should I be worried?

No need to be worried at all. Dentists and Parents usually say they appear in your mouth if you never brush your teeth, but that is not true. You can get them whenever, even if you brush your teeth.
They always hurt like hell, it takes about… say… a good week or two for it to heal and go away. Brushing does help make it go away.

It’s just gonna suck.
Avoid acidic and spicy foods, that will irritate it. Just try and leave it alone and it will go away pretty quickly, like 3-5 days and it will be less irritating

I get those all the time. They are viral in nature. If you are asking if it is cancerous the answer is no. Your doctor or dentist can get you medicine to close it up right away. Many times they will not even charge you for a visit and only charge the cost of the medicine. If that’s not an option you can go to the store and get an over the counter canker medicine that will help close it up. It will go away in a few days. At minimum, get something to numb it up so it won’t sting so much like Ambosel.

you potentially have oral herpies, have a good day!
okay all serious jokes aside theres tons of ways to get canker sores. my mouth drys up at night while i’m sleeping so i suck my lips in and my sharp teeth cut into my lips then it gets infected resulting in a canker sore. but thats just me.
keep your mouth clean (daily tooth brushing), gargling warm salt water helps treat them with out any real medication.
only way to know it’s not actually herpies is to have your doctor test you.

Unless it’s like weirdly huge or tearing, no, you don’t need to be worried. It should clear up on it’s own in a few days to a week. It’s good to avoid salty or spicy things while you have it if you typically chew food in that area. If you don’t then you can probably get away with it. If you’re really irritating it, go ahead and get some numbing medication like Oragel if it’s really bothering you. I would recommend this one really good numbing med that tastes decent but I forgot it’s name :(
Also, canker sores aren’t a herpes simplex. Although doctors aren’t sure what the exact cause is. This can’t be spread to anyone through fluid transfer or anything so you don’t need to worry about it.
