Best over the counter teeth whitening kit?

Posted on September 5, 2010

I'm getting married in 9 months and basically I'm looking for the best over the counter teeth whitening kit. I've tried Aquafresh and really didn't like it. Price is kind of a big deal, nothing extremely expensive. Also if there is one that replaces enamel as it whitens would be a good one. thanks for any help.

  1. Most people are happy with Crest Whitening strips. These are sold almost everywhere and will work well.

If you are unhappy with the results you may need to step up a little bit and try tray based teeth whitening or visit your dentist.

More advanced teeth whitening products are usually not sold in supermarkets. You may need to find some on the web.

  2. Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)

The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.

As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.

What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.
