Now, about your daughter.  I think that seven cavities is a lot in a 4 year old.  However, that doesn&#039;t necessarily mean that she is getting inadequate care from her mother.  (If anything, it might mean she is getting too many sweets to eat.)  I would mention it to the guardian at litem, but bring it up in the context of having the guardian ad litem monitor her medical and dental check-up records.  How often is your daughter being seen for well-care visits to the doctor and dental examinations?  The number of cavities does not prove anything, but the overall medical records might.</description>
