Yeah ,if you get infected with the HPV thats carcinogenic doing oral sex to somebody you will eventally develope it.

STDs can be tranmitted orally, Oral sex is sex and there is a risk in getting diseases from the practice. There are ways of having safer oral sex but no method is 100%. The best thing to do is wait until you are sure about your relationship before crossing that boundry.
