Daily Stomach Elongating Stretches

This routine is quick, easy and simple...it should take no longer than 3-4 mins or less. I usually do 3 sets of 10 in the mornings(i've been lazy recently i must admit)...which can take me anywhere from 6-12 mins. It's totally up to you how long you'd like to do the routine for. This method of stretching your stomach, mimics the ancient times whereby as a form of torture, they would tie the offenders hands and legs and pulled them inch by inch in opposite direction until they confessed or pulled their limbs out of their sockets and died....But don't worry this is not that brutal. A model...especially a swin suit model has a lovely elongated stomach which looks especially beautiful in a bathing suit. This is a easy pain free way to slowly achieve this (with other exercise of course)by Summer.So start now, and you'll get there in no time!!! Any questions please feel free to ask.!!!

  1. because unlike lifting weights or actually doing strenous abdominal work,these are basic stretches which do not require food intake before it is done.Also, stretching as in yoga or pilates should never be done on a full or recently consuming food as it can cause nausea,cramps etc.Lastly, results/definition are seen more clearly which motivates you to eat less and/or healthier for breakfast,as our stomach is in that tensed tight fixed state.

  6. I LOVE your waist line. I have a flat tummy but my waist doesn’t curve in nearly as much as yours. Will these exercises help that waist “curve” or just make your tummy elongated? Thanks!

  14. @natehearne hey…no it isnt Tell Me by diddy and Christina…strange…that was the original music but youtube deleted the audio,so i deleted the vid and redid it on my pc then re uploaded it,so its kinda weird that its’s still up there,cant really remember what song i used to be honest.

  22. i need help! i have a pretty flat stomache but the lower part(near where my pants start) theres a tiny bludge and a really ugly line. i was just wondering if there ANYTHING i can do to change that because i see you dont have the line or the little bump
