Does brushing with baking soda to whiten your teeth ruin your teeth?
like.. does it remove tooth enamel like those white strips and make your teeth thinner and weaker?
or does brushing with baking soda only make them whtier somehow?

thankyou:)

  1. Using baking soda on a regular basis will wear on the enamel. Once a month, maybe.

Try doing a hydrogen peroxide rinse after brushing. Use only a little cap full because it foams in your mouth. Swish around for 1 minute, spit out and rinse well with water. This does help whiten and doesn’t erode the enamel and it’s good for your gums too!

  2. It makes them whiter however, if you constantly do it, it will remove tooth enamel
you should brush your teeth with regular tooth paste & use the baking soda method at least once a week
