what are the specifics of the wall squat, in terms of how close thee body is to the wall, knee placement, etc
December 6th, 2009 - 23:22
Feet shoulder be placed at conventional width for full squats or sumo width as in PL squats. Toes should be about 1-4 inches from wall.
Descend while remaining upright and forcing the knees outward.
Try not to touch the wall.

I am a martial artist, and I spend a lot of time kicking. Should all of these exercises be done in my warm up or should I just pick a few of them? Thanks!
