  8. what are the specifics of the wall squat, in terms of how close thee body is to the wall, knee placement, etc

  9. Feet shoulder be placed at conventional width for full squats or sumo width as in PL squats. Toes should be about 1-4 inches from wall.

    Descend while remaining upright and forcing the knees outward.

    Try not to touch the wall.
