Has anyone done that 15 minute teeth whitening?

Has anyone done the 15 minute teeth whitening that you see in the mall? The one that uses a light for 15 minutes and only costs . Does it work? Does it hurt?

    My wife did the Crest whitening thing where she put a whiteneing strip on her teeth, kept there for 30 minutes, twice a day, for about 10 days. MUCH better, noticeably whiter. Big success for only $40.
