@thaowendy Its different for everyone. Once the hcg kicks in for me, I feel only hungry at meal time and I feel great for the most part during the whole round of doing hcg.

Is it okay to mix b12 with hcg that you are injecting ? I saw a video on yo tube and a guy was doing it that way ; is this safe or a bad idea ?

hey i have a quick question ive watched all of your videos read all the ngative nay sayers people saying weight loss comes form the diet not the hcg that its a placebo whether it is or not i can definatley see it works my question is when u go to pharmacy esgrow and select 10000 iu it asks if u want to order the vial 1 still has 10,000 iu in each vial right?

@mamaclok I have a quick question but before that let me give you some quick facts
1. I’m on my 32nd day
2. I have 11 days left
3. I haven’t lose weight for 4 days
4 I did an apple day (I ate two apples, 1 @ 3pm the other one @ 8pm) and I still didn’t lose any weight.
5. I’ve lost 30 lbs.
6. I do 1 HCG ml every day.
Is this normal, being at stall for more than 4 days and an apple day? Do I have to a second apple day or should I change something?

@Mitternatch Stalls are normal. An apple day is up to 6 apples-why did u eat only 2? You may have needed more for it to work. 30 lbs in 32 days is quite good – especially if you’re a female!~!!!!!

@mamaclok Thanks for your quick replay. I’m a male and I’m only 25 yrs old maybe that influences a little bit. I ate only two apples because I thought I was supposed to eat only two. I got my facts wrong on that part. I will try another one in a couple of days eating more apples :)

Another question! I’m on the homeopathic hcg and I’m losing weight. So if I switch to the “real” hcg, and I’m already on the 500 calorie diet, will I have to do the 2 day loading? Thanks!
