Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/

Not enough sleep or not enough nutrition can be a cause of bad breath also.
Try to get more sleep and eat healthier. :]
Hope I helped!!

Having bad breath could be a sign of a more serious problem, my dad was diagnosed with acid reflux disease last year which is a condition involving the acid in your stomach and usually leads to sour smelling breath. The doctor recommended an old trick, gargle with salt water and lemon juice! It worked for my dad hope it helps you!!

consider it may be your diet and not coming from your mouth but your stomach. Try taking probiotics, this will help with good bacteria in your intestines and also digestion of food and elimination. eating parsley can help to neutralize odors in the stomach, which is why you see it on plates in restaraunts, it does actually have a reason for being there..lol. try digestive enzymes, they can help with getting food from lingering in the stomach to long, aids in digestion, ginger and ginger tea is good for this, also fennel and anise. Chlophyll pills are also good for helping to eliminate internal odors. Use natural toothpastes and mouthwashes, alcohol can dry out the mouth and kill of benefical bacteria, thus contributing to bad breath.

There are heaps of causes of bad breath. If you don’t floss, you may have pockets of food stuck underneath your gum line that could be contributing to the bad breath. It could also be gingivitis or a dry mouth. I would recommend talking to your dentist about it, in case it’s some sort of gum infection.
