How do I get rid of really bad breath?

I have really bad breath and I brush my teeth 3 times a day and use mouthwash 1 time a day and I chew gum alot but as soon as the flavor runs out I get bad breath again! Dont give answers like go see a doctor, I just want something I can do at home

Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice.This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves,which are sure to keep your breath fresh. theres this really good mouthwash called BreathRX
it works wonders :]
it used to be sold only on tv, but now you can pretty much get it anywhere

brush your teeth at least twice everyday, use mouthwash. if you smoke then chew gum right after smoking. that should do it.

I have this really good mouthwash that I use called Crest Pro health. It doesn’t have alcohol, so it doesn’t burn when you use it. What it does is it gives you fresh breath for about 2 minutes & then the flavor goes away. But that’s not the end of it. You have NO smell at all on your breath. NONE. So it doesn’t make it smell good, it makes it smell like nothing wich, in my opinion, is better than bad breath. I hope I helped!
