how long will it take for decay to be gone?

after i got braces off i had some decay just on top teeth.
not much. its worse now but not by much.
during braces i got omni something fluoride rinse(you have to add water so i guess its the concentrate) and after braces i got arm and hammer toothpaste to rebuild and protect enamel with liquid calcium. i usually use this ever other day and crest sensitivity the others.(teeth are really sensitive) so how long will this take until where i cannot see it anymore?
the one sample of crest white stripes advanced made the spots blend in so i cannot see the decay :)
yeah yeah i know it makes it worse but what evss.
also if i use crest.....advance how long willi it take to make my decay be better?
what about with Go SMiLE whitening?
