I use Crest toothpaste and it works for me. Make sure you get mint, or any kind of toothpaste that is white so that it doesn’t leave color marks behind. I use SoniCare toothbrush. It’s expensive, but definently worth it. Now i have a pretty smile! =D
I used Crest Vivid White in the mornings and Crest Vivid White Night before I go to bed. I makes your teeth white within a week and it lasts!
Electric toothbrushes have been proven not to work at well as a regular toothbrush because people don’t scrub their teeth enough as they would with a regular toothbrush. Plus, they are rediculously expensive.
I Use Smile Toothpaste , Then For The Refreshing Part I Use Smile Mouthwash :) , I Also Use A Electric Tooth Brush :) , The Oral B One , Its Advitised On T.v , "Take That Plak" :) x
I use multiple tooth pastes(each for different causes), mouth wash and have an easy to use flawser
brush 2 times a day
flaws 1 time
mouth wash according to colds, (bad) tastes, and types of food eaten.
Use sugar less gum and make sure gum gets all spots
I hear cavities form over a period around 1 month of poor dental hygen but you can never tell when you will get one when ignoring the tooth brush
when I eat candy I make sure all things stuck to my teeth are gone (done with toung)( may get on peoples nerves though)
if you already have plak you can have a dentist find a way to get rid of it fast for a price
if you follow this then you may eat all the stuff you want to
Crest Whitening really works in the long run, it’s subtle enough so people don’t notice. The electric timer brush is a waste of $$, just make sure you do a good job manually brushing!
Use a Soft or Medium toothbrush and make sure it has lots of bristles which can reach all different angles. When brushing, also brush your gums and behind your teeth as best you can. Anything that is whitening or gingivitis/tartar fighting is the best. Just choose the cheapest brand that offers those and get the flavor you want. You can have a great clean smile for a smaller price. Electric toothbrushes are cool and everything and work pretty well, but can be expensive and you have to put new batteries in and replace the brush head at some point. Over all its usually better (and cheaper) to go with a cheaper regular brush. Its a little more effort in having to actually move the brush yourself in your mouth, but the clean is just as good if not better. Hope this helps!
