  1. cardamom is quite good for you. after every meal, chew a cardamom to smell and taste good.

also neem leaves are quite good as it removes bad breath forever. chewing 2-3 budding leaves of neem tree will definitely help you.

    try these…lol

  2. even if it makes you gag- brush the back of your tongue. the back of your tongue holds the most bacteria in your mouth that causes the stinky breath. brush brush gag, brush ugh, gag.

  3. watch what you’re eating.

If toothbrushing and flossing aren’t helping, and you don’t have a rotten tooth or something, it’s probably gastro-intestinal. See what you’re eating too much or too little of.

  4. drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eat lots of pineapple!

  5. if im not wrong your stomach ight be dirty and it would be better if you drink a tea

  6. maybe youre not that talkative..

your mouth should always move and let air go inside,, because if your saliva is stuck inside, it dries…

and dry saliva is 1 cause of bad breath…

  7. Brush your tongue, if your tongue is coated with white stuff, that’s your problem. You can get a tongue scraper too. Eating better foods will help too! Good luck!

  8. clean your tounge

  9. mouthwash with alcohol can worsen your bad breath problem for definitely it can cause dry mouth which can speed up the production of bad bacteria inside the mouth. choose a mouthwash that has natural ingredients like essential oils.

try to avoid foods that are garlicky. sometimes bad breath can come from stomach related illness. it can also have a lot of causes like poor oral hygiene, dry mouth, sinusitis, medications, bacteria, gum disease and gum infections. to determine the cause of your bad breath, you may need the help of a dental expert or dentist.

  10. There are certain factors that may cause bad breath. The food particles that are left in your mouth is one factor and that bacteria build up starts here. And if you are experiencing any infection in your mouth or throat you will probably have bad breath and mostly this is the reason that people are experiencing bad breath but unless the infection is treated there is no permanent remedy with halitosis possible. The reduced production of saliva is another common cause of bad breath because the mouth is unable to remove the bacteria and some food particles present.

By maintaining proper dental hygiene this will prevent you from having bad breath, proper dental hygiene means brushing and flossing your teeth regularly. And avoiding foods or beverages that triggers bad breath like onions, garlics and coffee and smoking may help a lot. Using dental treatment products will also prevent halitosis from occurring. But if you are suffering from chronic halitosis it is better to see your dentist for proper prescription.
