  1. Those mints and gums are actually making your bad breath problem worse. The germs that causes bad breath grows best on the sugars that’s in the mints and gums, that’s why your bad breath comes back with a vengeance 15 minutes after you finish those.

If you must chew something, chew sugarless gum. Sugarless gum do not have the sugars that the bad-smelling germs love to grow on.

It would also do you well to heed the sound advice of improving your oral hygiene that others gave you (brushing your tongue as well as teeth and gums), get any existing dental problems fixed (rotting teeth smells bad due to all the germs on them), and get a regular physical exam from your physician to ensure it’s not a systemic problem causing your bad breath.

  2. yeah keep brushing and eat lots of curd

  3. floss daily, eat parsley

  4. You need to brush, floss and use mouthwash. You need to make sure that you go for teeth cleanings and get any cavities taken care of. You also need to brush your tongue, especially way in the back. If you still have problems, go see a dentist. You have other problems that only he can take care of.

  5. I would get a tongue scraper. Sounds weird, I know, but use it every time you brush. I brush my tongue, scrape my tongue, and brush my tongue again and I don’t have bad breath (this even works with morning breath!) You can probably get one at Wal Mart or somewhere for (ridiculously overpriced, but) 1.99

  6. Sometimes bad breath is a sign of medical issues. You should speak to both your doctor and dentist about this.

Regular check up’s with the dentist is important. If there are fillings that need to be done, or other dental work that can cause very bad breath.

Brush with a soft toothbrush, floss and use a tongue scraper after you brush eachtime.

If that doesnt clear it up within a few days, then there is something medical going on.

  7. bad breath is caused by many things :

    1. tooth cavity/ caries – if you have cavity in your teeth, it will smell bad even if you brush it so many times

    2. gastro-intestinal problem : maybe you have problem in your stomach, some people who is fasting usually have bad breath because their stomach is empty and gasses are formed there, the gas from the stomach comes out from the mouth and cause bad breath.

or you have stomach/intestine problem, and the gasses comes out from your stomach to your mouth and it cause bad breath, so it has no connection with your teeth ^_*
