i dont want to use crest whitening strips because i heard it can damage your gums and it doesnt work. plz tell me =]

Crest strips don’t damage anything, I use them and alot of people give me comments on how pretty my smile is and how white my teeth are. I’d say use the crest strips, they really do work!

Use baking soda. It works amazingly, and has instant results. Just put it on your toothbrush, scrub your teeth with it, and then rinse with water.

well heres some good tips. if you have a bf or a finance` or husband. sperm from a man will whiten your teeth while strengthening your jaw. and also gives some fun. good luck

Just sprinkle some baking soda on your toothbrush when you’re brushing every morning. IT WORKS!!
