I made the switch to baking soda and peroxide about 6-7 days ago, my teeth are already 5 shades whiter and they were pretty white to begin with. I did it to reduce my fluoride exposure since it’s a known toxin and carcinogen.
This works amazingly well and the fact is, your teeth remineralize which both repairs and replaces enamel. We’ve been lied to! Just take in enough calcium and other minerals, you’ll never get a cavity.
Sodium Fluoride actually CAUSES tooth decay.

I would just recommend buying Arm and Hammer toothpaste ( it contains baking soda ). Each lil’ box comes with a whitening guide and guarantees to whiten at least a few ( 3 – 5 ) shades by the end of the tube.
