I have grit on my teeth!?

Posted on September 5, 2010

Hi everyone,
Around ten minutes after brushing my teeth this morning (albeit not too long after eating), they felt like they were covered in grit of some sort. I don't see how it could be food/plaque accumulating, seeing as I'd just brushed my teeth. It's still there now! Is it possible I could have brushed the enamel away?
Getting very worried here...

  1. no u didn’t brush your enamel away lol….well i know plaque start forming 1hour after brushing

maybe u drank something afterwards or didn’t rinse properly because the toothpaste does contain polishing agent and feels a little grainy

could be that your just due for a cleaning because i know when i dont keep up with my 6months cleanings my teeth feel weird after brushing

maybe it’s time to see your dental hygienst!!!

it can also be the toothpaste your using try a different brand
