I heard toothpaste helps treat acne. I put the toothpaste on, and slept. The next day I wake up to find a huge scar? What happend?

you overdried it. let it heal and next time don’t leave the toothpaste on overnight.

Ohh goodness, I tried this too and it did not work at ALL.
Just wash your face often with the right washes and moisturizers, get enough sleep, eat the right foods.

Use Neosporin to get rid of pimples and also the scar. Neosporin has antibiotics that fight bacteria and also heals the skin. Next time you have a pimple be gentle- you don’t want to damage your skin. Instead of tooth paste use Neosporin- Dermatologist recommended.
