Is it weird to stimulate yourself with a toothbrush?

I know how odd that might sound but nothing else can make me climax faster than one of those spinning tooth brushes. I've tried toys and what not but nothing else works. I was wondering how weird it would be to use the toothbrush during sex. Would the guy be freaked out by it? I'm referring to my boyfriend of 3 years when I say guy. We're very comfortable around each other, including sexually. He knows about the toothbrush but i've never brought it in during sex. I can't orgasm from sex and I was just wondering if this might help. Thanks.
