  4. I’m glad you explained that it’s kind of a catch phrase. It took my doctors 18 years and a knee specialist to tell me I have this and that I’m not just making up pain.

  5. That’s good to hear. I hope it gets better.

  6. I have PFS it really stinks. Some days, I can hardly walk it hurts so bad. Do you have any suggustions for doctors I could go to that could help me? I’m a little younger than the people you were talking about.

  7. Have you tried these exercises?

  8. yeah I have. They help. for a while…. I was in Physical Therapy for a month and then they told me I was fine. But I was still having Pain, and I still am now

  9. i have flat feet too bro it sucks

  10. my physio therapist says that i have pattella femoral and i was thininking i did…. after about three weeks of doing the exercises he gave me it started to get better, i went to jiu jitsu and that started making it feel even better and it was feeling great. but then i was strecthing last night trying to do the half lotus position, when i did it to the left it left like a bunch of shit inside my knee moved over and it hurt again, not my knee cap at all

  11. I have to go to USMC officer candidate school in 7 weeks and have this. Does anyone think it could go away by then?

  15. @vwguyaz87 yes i do

  16. @vwguyaz87 yes u do

  17. @platerojohn thats reassuring, I really appreciate your videos. I think it came about due to worn out shoes and a tight IT band. Ive been going to rehab 3x a week and they have been showing me a lot of the exercises you have, especially rolling the AT band. Hopefully with rest and the right exercises I can rid myself of this crap.

  18. I have Patella Femoral Syndrome. I have been in pain for a couple of years now. My physical therapist suggested taping my knee. Now whenever I exercise I use Kinesio tape. It helps with my knee a lot. I used to have major sensitivity, whenever the therapist would go over my knee with a tissue i would jump. I also have exercises that i do to help. She also said that when i stand up straight my knee cap curls under causing me pain and discomfort. My knees WERE starting to get better. But not now!!

  19. @TheSummerCaliGirl Are you foam rolling? Why don’t you keep taping it?

  20. @platerojohn Foam rolling? Im not sure I have ever herd of that. I usually tape it when I can, but my life has been sooo busy!

  21. @TheSummerCaliGirl watch my vidoes or google my name and watch the clip on foam rolling.
Too busy to fix your body??? nothing is more important than your body.

  22. @platerojohn I always put other things in front of my health. I am always thinking about other things…until i am in pain. Then i ice my knees! But i really need to start taping my knees whenever i have any physical activity.

  23. @TheSummerCaliGirl not good…

  24. I’ve had it for three years :( I really want to get rid of it.

  25. @FreesiaLove Give this stuff a try and see if it works.
