@CINDAAA toothpaste wise, crest whitening. But ive seen absolutely no change with my teeth using that. I just bought the stuff you use tonight, so im hopin to see some change though! & yes you need A LOT of patience for the strips lol.

I use my retainer on the top to keep the top there.
I also stuff 2 cotton balls under my tongue and two more in my cheeks to absorb the spit and so i don’t taste it..
It works pretty well now
@xochellieox they left a nasty film, in the commercial it says you can put it on and leave but no way…..its very obvious. they never ACTUALLY dissolved, you still have to lick/clean/brush the film away
