Oral sex and the law?

Is it illegal to have oral sex with someone, ex. boy&female, when the female is 14 and the male is 16?
Would the free health clinics suspect anything from the male if she has any infections or vice versa? they keep it confidential, but im thinking would they call oral sex illegal to obtain this infection, STD's?

Health authorities are unlikely to pursue the legal otion in this case, even if it was technically illegal. Their focus is curing and stopping the spread of STDs, not getting teenagers who made a mistake into legal trouble. In most jurisdictions of N. America (I don’t know where you are) you would have no legal or confidentiality problems to worry about. If you are still concerned about confidentiality, simply phone the doctor’s office or health clinic from a pay phone and ask them what the law and their policies are. It’s something you need to know, so ask!

I dont think so but its not a good idea to be doing that at that age.

It could be illegal yes… you should not be getting oral sex from a 14 yr old girl. However if she should be checked out for STD’s and no they will not report her/you

it can be illegal or not.
but it all depends in what state you live in
because there are some with age limits of 18 and some of 16
