  1. Ty. I just got told today i might have Patellofemoral Syndrome. I used to be a cross country runner and a hurrdler so it all makes sense. I had a fall 2 years ago that might of trigered it, i tore my whole leg to pices and i haven’t been able to run since. :( Ty for this video.

  3. @Bolduccjperson1 What type of brace?? We just confirmed i have this AND in my other leg, i have a scar on the bone from a hurdle accident :( They said a brace might help
