Great vids! I agreed with the speech impediments and self consciousness. I suffered the same issues. Eating too was impossible/difficult/embarassing!!!
Then I had the problem with my upper jaw becoming deficient and not growing along with my bottom jaw. My bottom jaw grew out too much.
Great video!!! So inspiring, even after already having my surgery and doing the videos and such.

Dude, superb. Really happy for ya. Can’t believe, but I’m 31 aswell. Defo should have had it done earlier. But I’ve just started. As least u’re having the surgery soon. Good luck man.

Brotha, you remind me of me. I get so conscious and insecure because of my bite.
I stopped MCing because of my underbite. But fuck it, I still flow, sing, smile, lol. I am who I am. For now I’m just gonna keep it natural. Maybe I’ll get one some day. Good luck to ya. This video and the other fellow underbiters made me feel that I am not alone.

Yes please update me because i have a overbite I know you dont have that but I just want to know how effective that the surgery is going to be but the only thing killing me is imagining what the price is gonna be.

I had underbite surgery too and I don’t regret at all! People judged me because they thought it was all cosmetic. People also judged because I guess black people can’t have medical procedures like everyone else in the modern world, lol. Truth is a lot of the things you talk about I went through, and no one can judge until you have walked in the shoes. Anyway, congrats on your surgery and I look forward to your recovery video if you ever post.

I really want this surgery as well but unlike the surgery which seems to be concerning a lot of people, for me, its the braces that I’m dreading!
