Hey scooby, this question doesn’t really relate to this video, but I was just wondering if its good to workout when your hungry. I don’t like working out after dinner because I have a full stomach and I can’t get a good workout after eating. But is it good to workout while your hungry?

@moviemaker933 Please check out my free website in the section about nutrition. If you have proper nutrition you will NEVER be hungry and you can lose bodyfat while gaining muscle. You are doing something very wrong if you are hungry.

Hey Scooby, i have a question… I hurt my lower back at work (herniated my L5 disk) would you recommend this to people with back problims…would this be a good excerscise to do to keep my back strong for the future caus im only 19?

if u get lower back injury what will hapen when you are diagnosed, i.e. is it only solved with surgery?

@zcb12345 Get a second opinion and a third opinion! Dont get surgery just because one doctor suggests it! Have you tried physical therapy? For how long? Please try it again before considering surgery.

This could help me get my bod back………they split me from the 11 to 3 and I have to start all over ( surgery they cut these muscles )
What other kind of work out can increase the muscles in the back???

Hello Scooby! Thank you for the great videos. I have a problem, when i try to push my belly up to the air and i press my butt together its very hard for me to breath. because when i breath out i loss the tention in my belly :) how you an advice for me? danke schön!
