How big of a role does stress play in the causes of diabetes?
I know on my dads side of the family diabetes is prevalent. For the past couple of months I've been extremely stressed due to work, my long term relationship with my boyfriend, finances, and family issues. I've noticed that I've been really irritated, tired, increased appetite (but I haven't gained any weight), urinating frequently, and can not stop drinking fluids. I know when my father was diagnosed with diabetes 10 years ago he was going through depression due to the death of my grandfather.
What are the most basic symptoms of diabetes?
I've always had lots of sugar, and don't seem to have symptoms of diabetes. How can I know if I have it?
Also, how do you know if you have bad blood? I ask because I've always ate unhealthy food, for like 10 years.
So many canker sores! WHY? How do i get rid of them?
My brother and i both fell into the typical categories of canker sore...victims...i guess. You know...a few a year, starting around 10 years of age. ONE time, we both got them a lot, but after a month that died down. Suddenly...im 15, doing everything exactly the same, canker sores left and right. a new one EVERYDAY! I have three right now. i have a medicine type thing, Kanka, it works well for numbing it for about 10 minutes. but i have to apply it constantly to have any effect. they do bleed sometimes, and they are verrryyy painful. i can barely eat anything because its so bad. Water hurts, juice hurts, bread hurts, everything hurts. not moving my mouth and it still hurts. im tired of it, suggestions?
Are my teeth disgusting?
My dentist says that the gap in the middle of my teeth will close in but its been 10 years now and now i feel like i have to live with it. Sorry girls if i didnt try to look good in these pictures :( its the end of the day and i wanna just let myself goooooooooo. Ya so just tell me if they are not nice to look at..i brush my teeth twice a day so ya thats just some info that needs to be told... Do girls care if my teeth arent formed properly yet? im expecting to see some mean comments...

How can I get rid of back pain due to scoliosis?
I've had scoliosis now for about 10 years. I was braced when I was about 11 or 12 but now that i've stopped growing i don't need the brace. I've always had back pain and pain in my ribs but now that i've had a baby its worse. My lower back and my neck hurts all the time. Is there anything a doctor can do that doesn't involve surgery? and i've tried physical therapy and back stretches.....
Is there any compensation after 10 years of having back pain from an Epidural?
I go to bed at night with back discomfort and wake up with back discomfort. In the morning I take two Vicodin which helps me throughout the day. After 10 years I'm just now realizing that this back pain started after having an epidural for cancer surgery. I'm glad and very fortunate to be alive but life is not all that comfortable with this constant back discomfort. I don't like the idea of sueing but wonder if the hospital has any compensation for my back pain...
What type of foam bed should I buy for somebody with a lower back pain?
Memory foam bed or High Resilience Foam
Memory foam bed is softer and the Longevity of it is about 6 mouths to 3 years. The high resilience foam has Longevity of about 5-10 years. Which type of bed is better for somebody with lower back pain? I’m assuming High Resilience Foam is a better choice. Right?
Do the whitening strips really help make your teeth white?
The reason why I ask is because I used to smoke on and off for 10 years of my life. My teeth aren't that bad looking, but you can see some yellow on them. I quit smoking recently and I'd like to whiten my teeth. Do those whitening strips really work?
Why does my dog have really bad breath?
My dog used to have sweet smelling breath. She's had her teeth cleaned but now has awful smelling breath. She is an anxious dog and sometimes won't eat. Sometimes after a separation from her, she throws up. I walk her every day. She is 10 years old. She drinks plenty of water.
