Do Aquafresh Whitening Trays work?
I have had my first one in for just about 15 minutes. So far so good comfort-wise. I pushed the gel up onto the top of my teeth too so I'm not worried about them being uneven. But do they work well? Are they really a big change after 3 days?
oh.. and if you could give me advice on one problem with them... some of the gel has slipped out of my tray on my bottom teeth. Is it okay to swallow?

In a plastic tub/container
I mixed together Hydrogen Peroxide 9% 30vol
And baking soda aka sodium biocarbonate
I mixed it into a paste and then added a large squeeze of my
Pearl drops toothpaste to take the edge off and the taste.
If I use this once every 3 days to begin with
And leave it on my teeth for 10 - 15 minutes with a mouth guard/gum guard in
and then once there white do it once or twice a month
will this work ?
ive tried all the whitening kits etc in the shops, they dont work
and this is a homemade recipe when looked up on the internet
but they do reccomend 3% peroxide
What causes such severe back pain while walking?
I woke up one morning about 2 weeks ago with a sore knot right between my left shoulder blade and spine. I ignored it but now it has gotten worse and ONLY hurts when i am walking. I can walk for about 15 minutes before it kicks in and the pain is HORRIBLE..like that section of my back is filled with fire! What the heck is this?
Can you have bad breath from having a cold?
Like if you are really congested in your nose or have a soar throat?
because i just brushed my teeth and it's all minty fresh right now
but then like 15 minutes later i'll get bad breath again; does it have anything do with me being sick? because usually my breath is completely fine
What can you use to black out your tooth?
in 15 minutes I have to go to school and it's spirit week. Today is hillbilly day. I got my boots, plaid shirt, and freckles, pigtails, and a straw hat. But I want to black out my tooth too.I tried eyeliner but it wouldnt stay on. Any ideas?
Is brushing my teeth for minutes 5 times a day good?
Is it good to brush your teeth for 15 minutes 5 times a day? Because I'm trying to whiten my teeth. Please don't give me an answer saying 15 MINUTES A DAY?! 15 minutes is not that really long.. I brush that long like everyday. I'm asking this question because I've been brushing 2 times a day but now I'm moving on to 5 times a day and wanting to know if brushing TOO much is good or bad.

hey i'm getting braces for the first time in june or july
(i have light brown eyes and brownish hair and i'm black)
so i've made a whole system thing that shows what rubber Colors i'm wearing when so can you comment if you think that will look good/bad and reason
oh and if you have any suggestions feel free to write them down
