i have a bunch of canker sores in my mouth and i need to get rid of the them!!!!?
i have been eating alot of unhealthy food lately like chips and cookies and i havent eaten any healthy foods lately like salad. my canker sores i have about 4,5,6, or 7 sores. can you help me?

canker sores in my throat! =(?
i have many canker sores throught out my mouth. alot in the back of my throat, on my uvulis, down my food pipe, on the inside of my lips, tounge, and top of mouth... it hurts to talk and swallow anything. Is there anything i can do to help with the pain of this? i feel extremly uncomfotable 24/7 and hurt non stop .

I used to smoke alot and thats why my teeth gets yellow lol and I have a really beautiful teeths, the problem is I wanna smile widely but I can't cuz of my stupid yellow teeth lol so I'm looking for a perfect product that's cheap and It should better work good . why would I have weakness in both upper and lower extremities after a epidural for lower back pain?
I was told by my physician that it's not related to the epidural, but after i had my block done this is when I've experienced these feelings. I have spasms and weakness in my hands, legs and feet. I also have tighten around my knees and this was done 25 days ago. I'm still experiencing alot of pressure on my back and hips. I can't sit, walk or stand for long periods without having terrible pain.
Do I have gingivitis?
I'm 13 and i have had braces since around december. recently, i havent brushed my teeth as much as i should have. Then, a couple nights ago i started brushing my teeth, and my gums bled a lot. the foam from my toothpaste was all redish pink. so i looked at my gums after and they were a blood red kind of color. I've been brushing my teeth and using listerine alot lately and the dark red color is a little faded in some places and isn't as dark over all, but i'm not really sure what it is. then, yesterday i got this canker sore. so if anybody could help and tell me what happened to my gums, and if the canker is related to it at all or not that would help alot
What is an easier way to get my teeth really white? besides brushing?
