How can you gain weight if you have diabetes
If someone has diabetes and losing weight from anxiety and nervous issues how do you safely gain pounds? Sugar laden foods will affect blood sugar? All the foods to eat are low glycemic and therefore don't pack on the pounds. What are some ways to gain without adding sugar and junk food?
It's for a 77 yr old man that is losing muscle tone and weight this summer. Ideally to gain 20 lbs back so he has something to fall back on this winter if he gets sick.
sometimes i experience arm pain but also it spreads to my back and lasts about 3 secs. is that part of it all?
I dont have full-blown panick attacks often but recently I've been experiencing anxiety for no apparent reason which comes in waves on and off again everyday for weeks. then other days i'm fine. I've checked other sites that list symptoms for panick attacks and back pain is not part of the symptoms. its frustrating coping with it wen i know it's not dangerous but random heart compultions keep occuring. not to mention it's very uncomfortable and painful.
My 19 year old son has PTSD and needs to go to a Behavioral Health Center but won't go? Help!?
My son was recently hospitalized for panic attack/anxiety like symptoms, they want him to go to a behavioral health center. But I have one problem he won't go, he does not want to be listed as crazy. I can't make him go but I don't want him back in the hospital. What should I do for consequences? I can't kick him out of the house or anything he won't make it on his own. It is very vital that he goes.
