my wisdom teeth have been coming in.
i'm planning on making an appt to have them removed,
i've just been a little busy.

i brush my teeth everyday and even use Listerine.
How to stop bad breath?
I brush my teeth , tounge ,floss, use mouth wash after eating. If i eat 4 times a day thats means i brush 4 times. I have tried mouth rinse and they just burn my tounge and lips...now my lips are lil bit pink (anything that has alcohol does not help it makes things worse. I go to the dentist every 6 months. I stopped using over the counter toothpaste and mouth rinsers. Now i am using Oxyfresh toothpaste and mouth rinse that i buy from my dentist. Sometimes when i talk to people i chew a gum. It does not help at all.Chewing a gum makes it worse. I dont think my bad breath is coming from my teeth its like its coming from my neck or something . I just dont know how to explain it. When i tell my densist he just say oh no brush and floss hard!.....My teeth dont bleed or anything.
Pls guys help, i am starting school tomorrow its so embarrasing and depressing ppl.

How did people "brush" their teeth before toothpaste?
I was wondering if everyone before the invention of toothpaste just walked around having bad breath and gingivitis. What was first the paste or the toothbrush? Who actually invented the paste and brush and what year or country did these hygiene products first become available?
Alpine that is gross. seriously. in this day and age when we have these things to keep our teeth clean and have a longer life you CHOOSE NOT to use them? you are probably one of those people who always has bad breath but dont realize it. Everyone you talk to realizes it though!
