What will happen if you had diabetes and it never got diagnosed?
I'm doing a project on diabetes and i was just curious to see what could happen if you didn't get a blood test or didn't spot the symptoms and went on living with it. Would you go into a coma? Could you die? Whats the worst that could happen?
does anyone have low back pain with feverish feeling without the fever? tired all the time?
for months I have this problem. Feeling so hot no fever low back pain and very exhausted all the time for a month now. Comes and goes for years. Doctors dont know. Blood test doesnt show.
Canker sores,coated tongue and a sore throat, after sinus surgery, how can this be?
I had sinus surgery on July 2,2007. One week later I had a coated tounge,sore throat and one to three canker sores in various areas of my mouth and throat. I 've been back to the ENT doctor many times with no help. After about the fifth visit she thought i migh be a upper GI problem, so she sent me o have a scope done(which took about two monthes to get done.Results not the cause.Back to my ENT doctor she does more blood test for autoimmune diseases, two weeks later those results came back all ok.Where do I go from here?Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired

What diabetes test should I ask my doctor for?
I have persistent symptoms that point to diabetes, but my doctor just does a blood test and says I am fine. He doesn't even make me fast first. This just doesn't seem accurate to me. I would like to go to my next visit with some specific test to ask for.
