WATER WATER WATER!!! I cannot express how important it is for you to drink water daily. Your body needs it. It can clear up your skin and give it a healthy glow. It helps you clean out your digestive system and flush out any bacteria/viruses. And so much more. Soda is horrible. You drink soda, you're going to gain weight. If you NEED a soda, get a carbonated water or fruit-juice. But nobody needs soda...

Anyways, this health tip is what you should do within the 1st hour that you wake up. This is very important and essential to losing weight, and having a healthy metabolism.
