what are the health benefits of playing basketball?

like will i gain muscle/lose fat? how many calories willl i burn per practice?game?
yes i am eatting foods that promote weight loss. I usually have half a cup of oatmeal or special k for breakfast, lunch a can of 200cal. soup, and dinner a south beach diet microwave dinner. and snacks inbetween meals consist of apples and sugar free jello.

I've had a c-section....ugly scar...beautiful boy.
gall bladder removed....small scar just under bra strap....itches in the hot weather
laser surgery "down south"....removed some erosion...serious troubles holding "it" after that.....where's the bathroom?!
emergency dental surgery....dentist broke my jaw trying to remove a tooth...ouch!

anybody been under the knife more than that? how about never needed surgery at all? good for you if its you.
ooooh forgot I had my tonsils out....yummy ice cream for breakfast lunch and dinner

dont even remind me of the gall bladder ordeal....one full year of hell on earth until doc decided to check the gall bladder.....poor me

brushing teeth, flossing,using mouthwash, and chewing gum??

How many times do you do each a day???
For me:
brush teeth: 2 times a day
flossing:well actually i never flossed but i think i should begin...
Mouthwash: After Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and when my mouth feels stinky to me
chew gum: like 2-3 times a day..
