Will brushing my teeth twice a day whiten my teeth?
I recently been working really hard to keep my teeth nice and trying to make them white. I bought the sonicare toothbrush and im using Arm & Hammer Advance White: Baking Soda & Peroxide Fresh Mint Toothpaste so i was wondering if i kept brushing my teeth would it get whiter? People say use Baking soda and peroxide... and i was wondering if i had the same effect if mixed into a toothpaste lol
I keep getting canker sores?
I started getting a canker sore about a week ago and i ignored it other than rinsing a little salt and brushing my teeth a few more times a day. now its huge, its the biggest ulcer ive ever had and i get them quite alot. not only that but 3 more have formed in other areas of my mouth and its extremely painful to talk or eat. what am i doing to get so many?/
Do u clean ur tongue after brushing your teeth?
70% of bacterian that causes bad breath is found on the tongue. Cleaning your tongue after brushing refreshes ur mouth like nothing else. If i dont clean my tongue in the morning after brushing my teeth it feels really awkward.
It does make me gag sumtimes but i love that feeling.....yes iam weird...

Im 13, and i stopped brushing my teeth for a couple of months?
. Yea i knw, gross. I was also disgusted by it, but now i want to brush my teeth everyday and night. My teeth are yellow and somewhat white :(. Is there something i can do to get them back to white? Please help me. im very sad that i became lazy and i stopped brushing my teeth. I dont mind if itll take a couple of months to get my teeth white, but i just want to get them white anyway possible. thanks =)
What toothbrush and toothpaste should I get?
My toothbrush doesn't do a very good job brushing my teeth and my toothpaste isn't that good either so I need to know what type of toothpaste and toothbrush I should buy that will brush well. I have braces
I am a Black womanand lately my hair is doing horribly. I have major breakage throughout -not sure what to do
I had a weave in my hair last year and am finally letting my hair breathe. I do a relaxer (and have to - my hair is thick and kinky) every 2 months. I've done both home and parlor and never had these problems before. When I wash my hair - clots of hair come out. When I am brushing my teeth, my hair sheds/breaks off like crazy just from shaking my head. I put heat protector in it if I use a flat iron to curl - no other heading products though. My hair is extremely short now as well and continuing to break off - particularly in the back of my head it is thinning.
Please help me repair my hair! What kind of deep conditioner is good for my hair and how often should I do it? Rollers do not do well in my hair at night etc... so I don't work with that. I don't curl my hair everyday. I normally use the Pantene line (shampoo/cond) or Creme of Nature (all in one). Any thoughts?
Is there anything I can use or take to cover bad breath coming from the stomach? ?
I have an acid feeling, and it is not heartburn, it is causing me to have an acidy breath come from the stomach, and it is NOT from not brushing my teeth or flossing, IT IS FROM THE STOMACH! Is there anything I can buy for this?
my sonicare 5300 toothbrush isnt working right?
