Can brushing teeth make them whiter?
So basically I have stopped to brush my teeth for last 6 years. They are kinda yellowish now, and 1 of my tooth started kinda to crack and fall off but just a bit of it. If I start brushing teeth now again everyday morning and evening. Will that make them whiter again? and stronger not to crack and fall apart?

what are throat boogers?
some people ask what are those God Awful smelly white or yellow chunky looking things that come out of your mouth when you cough sometimes. I like to call em throat boogers.
Whatever you do, don't smash em in a paper towel then smell it. LOL! I almost puked a few times from doing that.
Anyhow I think it comes from plaque build up. not sure. I know that this is a major cause for bad breath in a lot of people though. A lot of people think that lack of brushing teeth, flossing, infections is the all cause for bad breath, but there are other things that cause it too. Like throat boogers. I know how to get rid of them too.
If you have a strong gag reflex, I wouldn't encourage anyone to try and get rid of them forcefully. If you're not careful ridding of them yourself with your finger, you could do a little damage to your eardrum, since the area is close by where they reside.
The main question is, why do they have to get there in the first place and how do they form?
they aren't only stinky, and everyone gets em, but they can irritate the back of the throat as well. ever wonder why the back of your upper mouth itches at times? well there ya go. you have crap building up in your tonsils or whatever that part of the mouth is for probably a few weeks or months old. gross isn't it. but they do need to be rid of somehow.
Artificial sweetener aspartame consumed before/after brushing teeth can cause tooth decay?
Someone told me that consuming drinks sweetened with aspartame before or after brushing teeth can cause tooth decay.
Is there truth to this? If not, does anyone know where this idea originated? (I would assume this is a variation of the many negative health stories that get spread around about aspartame.)
