how to get into the habbit of.. brushing teeth and taking normal showers.?
I just posted a question like this about my sis but I just got stupid answers..
what are good ways to get into the habit of brushing your teeth twice a day?
Is it normal to shower every other day?
Which is better; mouth wash before or after brushing?
Should a person use mouth wash before or after brushing your teeth?
Can brushing too much be a problem?
Can brushing your teeth too much be possible? Can it damage your teeth? I am a bit obsessive about this sort of thing. I brush twice daily, floss once a night, and use mouthwash when I brush. however, my girlfriend says i brush for too long when i do, usually like 3-5 minutes maybe. I still get cavities pretty often and i dont know what to do about this.I think it may be ruining my gums too. Any thoughts? whats the recommended regimen for oral cleanliness?
Does brushing your teeth hurt them?
Some tooth pastes claim to diminish chemical erosion. What about the physical erosion of the tooth enamel from the very act of brushing your teeth? There are particles in the tooth paste to clean the teeth, and the brush is a scrubber as well. How much do these abrasives weaken the enamel of the teeth?
