For 1 Almond is like 7 calories, so just have a handful would give me like 140 calories.

I mean is it worth all those calories? Everyone tells me to add Almonds into my diet but they're so high in calories.

I hate taking vitamins, sometimes I feel nauseous when I do. So I started drinking Ensure in the morning. It is ok, except there are a lot of calories to it, around 200, and I still get hungry a few hours later. Any suggestions for a quick fix in the morning that is healthy besides the expensive Ensure?

Ok what would be the benefits of measuring my B.G even if I don't have diabetes? This is for a school assignment. Would it be a good choice to use if your watching weight? Or calories or something? Thanks so much! Since I use mine to measure mine so I don't die lol I don't know why you could use one w/o diabetes?
