Do Calories in Almonds Outweigh the Health Benefits of Almonds?
For 1 Almond is like 7 calories, so just have a handful would give me like 140 calories.
I mean is it worth all those calories? Everyone tells me to add Almonds into my diet but they're so high in calories.
Are there any health benefits of eating honey?
Calories! I know but my mother is an addict and she wanted to know.
Are there really health benefits to drinking Ensure?
I hate taking vitamins, sometimes I feel nauseous when I do. So I started drinking Ensure in the morning. It is ok, except there are a lot of calories to it, around 200, and I still get hungry a few hours later. Any suggestions for a quick fix in the morning that is healthy besides the expensive Ensure?
