i heard that by using the crest whitening strips it takes off a layer of your teeth and thats how they get whiter. i also heard it makes your teeth sensitive. i have been using them and i like the results but i really dont want to use anything that takes a layer off my teeth!

I am really tempted to buy "crest whitening strips" but I heard they are really harsh on your teeth. Has anyone used the product and noticed any significant damage to your enamel?

Shouldn't brushing your teeth better keep the effects that whitening strips had on them?

I mean, the whiteness of my teeth faded because I was slack on brushing, plus all the wine I was drinking and the smoking. So i used some crest whitening strips and they whitened up nicely. So now if I improve my brushing regiment shouldn't they stay this white? It seems to be the general consensus that the strips effects will wear off no matter what..

I have baking soda, toothbrush, toothpaste and crest whitening strips. I need my teeth to be white by the end of today! Should I use like 10 whitening strips? Or brush with baking soda 15 time? Please tell me, I really need some help!

Hello everyone, Can i use things like Crest whitening strips? harsh as it seems, i was shopping the other day - i was in the dental isle and was looking at another brand of whitening products. i read a section of it that people with gingivitis/periodontal disease can't use the product.
