I am an expert of yoga natuopathy and pranayama.I do not have money to start my own center for the same .?
I want a partner or assotiate to start these centers in India and abroad.Indian traditional eating habits and items and can do wonders for the health.I want to start these as a tourist attraction center too. How should I proceed.
Can I develop diabetes due to excessive sugar consume ?
I mean the most part of the food I eat , is sweet, candys , and chocolate , can I develop diabetes through this eating habits , or is it all about genetics ?

Are some people more prone to plaque build-up on their teeth?
I went to a new dentist today (I moved four years ago and hadn't arranged for a new dentist until now), and the dentist began lecturing me on how to properly brush and floss, as he said I had what looked like several days worth of plaque near my gum line on my side/back teeth, and a tiny area on one bottom tooth that might turn into a cavity (so I have to have it sealed). He also told me the gums in these same side/back areas looked slightly irritated (I hadn't noticed any discomfort before but he did a great deal of scraping near the gum line and it still hurts). He went on about how if I didn't start brushing/flossing properly then the plaque build-up could eventually turn into some serious problems causing my teeth to begin crumbling/decaying. I scheduled my cleaning (this was just a new patient exam) and was almost crying when I left (I had asked if I was extremely careful if I could avoid having these potential problems and he seemed very gloomy saying "well if you're absolutely religious and change your habits then you might be able to prevent 99% of the problems").
The problem is, I have always been extremely careful about brushing well with an electric toothbrush after meals, and flossing at least 1-2 times a day. I've never had cavities of any kind, and at all of my twice yearly cleanings at other dentists (I'm 24 years old, my last dental exam/cleaning was 4 years ago), they've always commented on how excellent my teeth are.
My question is: is it possible that something has changed (my eating habits/hygiene haven't) to make me suddenly more prone to plaque building up? I asked the dentist if something else could be causing the problem (telling him that I'm very careful about my oral hygiene and have never been told I have problems with plaque before), but he was adamant that I just "must not be brushing and flossing as well as you think". If I thought this was the real reason I wouldn't have a problem with it, but it just seemed extremely odd; I would have thought if I had been doing these things ineffectively for the past 18-20 years, and if those habits were the culprit, that I would have shown signs of this much earlier in life, rather than just now. I don't deny there is some issue now (I just never noticed in the past 4 years) but I'm afraid that if I'm already doing things right that the problem isn't what the dentist is insisting it is. For the time being (I have 3 weeks until my appointment) I've decided to use a waterpik, and a Sonicare toothbrush to try and be extra careful with my teeth. But is it possible that something else is wrong? Or is it perhaps just because I haven't had a really deep cleaning at a dentist in 4 years? I'm extremely nervous now because I felt as though the dentist didn't believe me when I said I did brush/floss, and it made me afraid that something could be wrong and they won't catch it because they just believe I don't know how to brush my teeth.
I apologize for sounding extremely paranoid, but my mother has horrible teeth problems because her family couldn't afford dental work when she was little, and I'm terrified of having anything similar happen.

Dark mark on tooth caused by diet, what foods could cause it?
Yesterday my dentist completely got rid of this little dark mark on my tooth with a scrape & polish. So it's GONE now, my tooth is back to normal.
The dentist said the mark was caused by something in my diet, but he didn't know what.
The mark appeared 5 weeks ago. In the 6 months before this mark appeared, this is what my diet used to be:
- Breakfast = low fat cottage cheese, or yogurt, or toast
- Lunch = usually none. Sometimes i had a chicken sandwhich.
- Dinner = 6x a week, i had chicken, prawns or fish, with new potatoes or rice, and some salad or veg.
Most days, i'd eat lots of cashew nuts after dinner.
Can you see anything in my diet, or about my eating habits, which caused the mark? It's NOT decay or acid erosion.

Any Solutions for large canker sores?
I am having large painful canker sores for the past 1 year and that also one after the another. I have checked, modified and replaced my toothpaste, eating habits and also keep my stress cool, but noting stops it. There has not been a single place in my mouth that has been left out with the sores. Normally I have a single large canker sore and sometimes 2 small ones at any given time. Help is requested.
what do you eat that causes bad breath?
what eating habits causes bad breath? like most common to least common, or is therer anything in the stomach , like acids not working right that might cause the bad breath, i need a straight detailed answer if it is not to much to ask.
i have really bad teeth… the enamel is soft… what can i do to not get cavities?
im 13 and i already have had one root canal and 8 cavaties... i have 3 more that need to be filled... every time a get my cavatie filled another one attacks the same tooth... i also suffer from gingivitas, i brush my teeth 2 times a day (with a perscription toothpaste that has extra flouride at night) and flos 3 times a day... i do not know if i should you mouth wash or change anything about my eating habits? should i? please note that i am getting crowns on all my molars when i get a little older.
How to restore the enamel of my teeth?
Last weekend I consumed alcohol and ended up vomiting numerous times throughout the night/morning/next day [I know this is gross, but sometimes I didn't rinse it out so well...gross, but I was hungover and could care less]. Also, one night earlier through the week, I don't remember when, but I felt nauseous and vomited again. Then, while I was asleep the night before last, I woke up at 5 am and [you guessed it] got sick again! No, I'm not pregnant. I know why I did last night; I made poor diet decisions and went to sleep on a stomach full of crap crap junk. Anyway, as a result of all that vomiting, my teeth have felt very "not smooth." They feel like they're going to hurt if I let them rub together. It's affecting me! The way I talk, and also it's weird, but if I envision myself letting my teeth touch [all dry and gritty like this] I just absolutely cringe. I've been using Colgate enamel strengthening toothpaste for two days, but it's not helping.
This has got to stop! I have beautiful teeth and I am afraid I've done some sort of permanent damage. I vomit fairly frequently on the weekends due to my alcohol habits. BUT I am going fix this!! I can't stand the way my teeth feel. I'm going to work on my eating habits [to avoid nausea] and also my alcohol consumption. But in the meantime, can someone PLEASE tell me how to restore that "slickery, shiny feeling" to my teeth? I'm going to buy fluoride tomorrow.
