What is the best toothpaste and/or mouthwash for building enamel?
I know you cant get enamel back once you lose it but what is a good toothpaste to strengthen it? My teeth have been feeling weak lately and Im lactose intolerant so I cant drink milk to get the easiest source of calcium
What is the name of the procedure that places a sealent over your teeth to protect it?
My friend had her teeth sealed with some kind of protected sealant that costs like a tooth. It's suppose to protect the enamel and tooth from decay. Do you know what it's called?

I was told by my dentist today that I will need a night guard because my enamel seems worn (See below)?
Essentially my dentist told me that I will need a nightguard becuase my teeth enamel are kind of worn. He thinks I have been gridning my teeth in the night. He said he can make a custom one for me but I will need two visits. I imigine this will be kind of expensive because it's custom fit to my mouth. I see the night gurads they sell at wallgreens only .00. Are there any real difference between the two. I heard the one's you get at the drug store you have to boil and they fall out at night...
What is this? After i use the crest pro health tooth paste i get this lining that comes off….?
A couple minutes after i use the crest pro health enamel tooth paste i get this like thin lining i guess you would call it that comes off the inside of my mouth like under neath my lips in front of my bottom teeth and it just like comes off.. does anyone know what this is or have this happen to them? I really like the toothpaste and i dont need anyone commenting saying to stop using it, I dont even know if its because of the toothpaste, or anything like that i just want to know exactly what it is or if it happens to anyone.

3. How would I keep my teeth healthy after they are whitened as they can make your teeth unhealthy and take away enamel?

5. Is getting your teeth veneered the same thing?
6. How do they whiten teeth? Does it involve injections?
7. If it does involve injections... can i get gassed to fall asleep then they inject my mouth?? Because on Katie and Peter Stateside se was getting her tooth Veneer thingy and she wanted an injection to fall asleep but i have a big problem with injections in my skin.

I have been using this home kit whitening thing and I read this article that it damages and thins your enamel?
I'm really worried and I wonder whether I have destroyed my enamel cos my teeth were natural vey thin to begin with. Is there a cure to fix or repair it. Maybe eating something in particular.

Chipped Enamel?
On one of my teeth, the enamel is chipped a little and it looks like a little spot on my tooth. Is there any way I can get it fixed?
Can brushing after meals be bad for the enamel
I heard right after eating a meal, it softens the enamel of the teeth, so I think brushing after eating would not be a good idea since it damages the enamel. If this is true, why does this happen? I think this what caused my cavity to form.
