Question about tooth enamel?
The enamel of my top 6 front teeth is starting to fade. At the base of the tooth (near the gum) its starting to turn a bright white. I was picking at one of my teeth near the gums where the enamel is disappearing (bad idea, I know) and I felt a sharp pain.
What's wrong with my teeth?
What can I do to fix this problem?
How can I keep it from getting worse?
I'm 15 years old by the way.

I should have mentioned that he went to the dentist on saturday and the dentist is the one who told him that he brushes his teeth too hard and that is why the enamel is coming off and he already got a soft toothbrush to use.

I usually just brush my teeth 2 or 3 times a day for a couple minutes. Sometimes I sit back and brush my teeth while doing something else like watching a video. I like to get at all that plaque and bacteria in there.

I just used a non-name brand teeth whitening kit and I have white spots on my teeth?
I just finished using meijer brand one hour teeth whitening kit and all it seemed to do was the make the spots on my teeth that have weaker enamel, like the bottoms, be super white and the rest is basically the same as before. What do I do?! Like how can I fix it?

Question about tooth enamel?
I'm pretty sure my teeth have been losing their enamel b/c I've been drinking LOADS of diet coke for over a year (Probably like 2 cups a day!).
I recently stopped b/c I didn't want my teeth to fall out or turn paper thin. Is there any real way to make you're teeth stronger once you've let them go? Like are there any mouthwashes or foods that can restore enamel?

Lately I've been searching the internet for ways to whiten my teeth, and I've always used peroxide. Well the past two times I've done it, I used baking soda. Now, the bottom of my teeth are becoming a different shade of white.
I'm pretty sure it's the enamel, but it only happened a couple days ago when I woke up, and by the end of the day it's usually almost back to normal, but when I wake up the next day, they're discolored again.
What can I do to fix the enamel!!?!??!
