Looking to change my mattress because of lower back pain created by stenosis?
I am looking for advice from those who have suffered lower back pain and changed mattresses. I have heard conflicting stories as what really works. What was your experience? Thanks.

Okay so I think I have had these symptoms for 6 days now! Only my top right side of my gums are really swollen! The other parts of my mouth are fine. It really hurts and I dont think its a disease....I just think its gingivitis! im going for sure to the dentist tomorrow! but what are they really going to do to heal them? Im really freaking out right now and Im scared!!!! :( Can someone help me or tell me what happened to them on personal experience? Thanks so much!

Do the clear braces make your teeth look more yellow?
I kind of have yellow teeth, not that bad, but still yellow and I don't want the clear braces to exaggerate on it and bring attn to it. Also, with the clear braces should I get the clear band or metal band? From your experience?

Do you use baking soda toothpaste/whitening toothpaste with sonicare electric toothbrush?
I heard that it breaks the toothbrush quicker or something, I've been using the arm & hammer whitening baking soda toothpaste for a while and i'm wondering if its ok to continue...

thanks for the answers, but I dont want to know about its affect on my teeth... just about whitening toothpastes affect on an electric toothbrush (As I've been told it can get inside them and break them)
