how can i make my smile more natural when having picture taken?

my family and friends say i have a great smile, but only when im loose and not trying. whenever i force myself to smile (example: picture being taken) i either smile with no teeth or look pained and uncomfortable, how can i make my smile seem more natural in photos?
Why do fat people who wear glasses have very small teeth.?

Is an electronic toothbrush better than a normal one when you have braces?

I have braces and so some of my family and friends told me that electronic tooth brushes are better than a normal toothbrush, but is it true?
