Most of the time, I eat rice and noodles along with vegetables and lean meat as a part of my culture. (chicken and fish)

I heard that rice and noodles could lead to diabetes. Is this true?

Also, I eat a lot of fruits at home, and excercise regularly.

I'm finding that fruits like Pineapple, blueberries, apples, tomatoes and oranges are some of the best fruit to eat. So if I incorporate these into my daily menu, what are the benefits with this sort of diet? What other foods are really good for me? Is there a daily diet that someone has thought up with primarily or all healthy food that tastes great? Very simple meals and snacks are the way to go, nothing extensive or time consuming please. Also I don't eat pork, beef or chicken, fish only. Thanks!

Right now I eat everything. Im 32 yrs old and I jog regularly. I've been thinking about eliminating red meat from my diet, but then I know I will eat a lot of fish and foul. Is there a big benefit to my health by eliminating veal, beef, and pork from my diet and substituting that for fish and fowl?
