Do you have to get the fluoride treatment at the dentist?
Or is it secretly an option that they don't tell me about because they want more money? Honestly, I have an extreme sensitivity to taste and smell, so going to the dentist can be difficult for me. Mint is extremely irritating and most other flavors they use I can't help but gag.
My teeth are supposedly in excellent shape according to my last visit 6 months ago. I use Squigle toothpaste.
When the time comes where I have to do the fluoride thing, it is literally torture. I admit I am embarrassed by this and it can be humiliating because the dentist might poke fun or give me a hard time about it. So, can I decline next time I go? Or is it really that necessary?

ive always gagged when i brush my tongue...done that since I was little.
but recently its been so awful! i gag so much my eyes start watering and i feel so close to throwing up.

70% of bacterian that causes bad breath is found on the tongue. Cleaning your tongue after brushing refreshes ur mouth like nothing else. If i dont clean my tongue in the morning after brushing my teeth it feels really awkward.
It does make me gag sumtimes but i love that feeling.....yes iam weird...

Can someone help figure out what is wrong with me?
I have always had depression issues, but lately it has gone haywire. I get depressed over anything. I randomly burst into tears over nothing.
And to add on to that, but I keep randomly breaking out into shakes, I will tremble violently for about 15-20 minutes straight.
I keep getting nausea, and whenever I put anything in my mouth, be it food or a toothbrush, I gag and come close to throwing up.
I feel distant and out of place, well, more so than I usually am. I feel horrible.

I have a problem; sometimes I eat certain foods that don't agree with my stomach, and if I don't make myself vomit, I can get really sick. I've tried the bulimic route by sticking a toothbrush down my throat, but it just made me gag, lol, and I couldn't throw up. I don't like going to the hospital, so I'd just prefer to do it at home. I am a little bit over weight and i have been dieting the past year. I go running or jogging every day. I just dont get it. so i need to know how to make my self throw up. I have tried to shove a toothbrush down my throat, and it only makes me gag. So i kept doing it and for a half hour all i did was gag. Is there any other way you can make yourself throw up? I have to loose this weight by spring.
