What do you think when you see a girl with a gap in her front teeth?
I have a gap in my front teeth, about 3mm or something. So i was wondering if when you see somone with a gap do you feel repulsed, or think nothing of it?
Im afraid to smile with my teeth because my gap makes me self concious, i hate it.
i bugged my parents enough about it for them to finally consider braces for me, but the ortho. said i have this muscle in my gums that will just push my teeth apart after my braces are off, and i need it surgicallly removed. yeah, my mom said NO to that. trust me, if it wasnt for that id have braces on with the promise of no more gap ><
what body piercing causes the least damage?

nose, mine fell out while i was sleeping and closed up... why?
bellybutton, do these hurt the worst?
which piercing should i go for?
Can someone who has their labret pierced help me with some info?
I REALLY want my labret pierced and i've been researching it so much but i haven't actually talked to somebody who has one. Does it cause any problems with your teeth or gums? Is there any way to prevent that? like different types of studs or something? please help! thank you,
Is it ok to brush your teeth with salt water?
I have heard of rinsing with it, but I started brushing with it cause tooth paste always left my mouth hurting and sticky teeth feeling, I started brushing with a bit ofwarm salt water....my teeth have never felt cleaner and my gums stopped hurting....this is my routine, brush (with a charcoal toothbrush) w/ salt water, floss and rinse. I just want to know if brushing with salt water is ok?
do piercings in the lip really damage your teeth and gums? Any personal experiences?
Hello I have 2 piercings in my lower lip. I have heard that the touching of the piercing with the teeth and the gums damage them. The thing is that I would understand if you use a labret because the flat surface scrapes what it rubs on, but if i only use closed rings I don“t see that happening. Can someone tell me any personal experiences or opinions. And sorry if you have a hard time understanding what I want say I am sorry but I am from Spain ;)
Lip rings that won't damage teeth and gums?
I've had several lip piercings before, so I'm pretty familiar with the consequences and all that of getting them, but I recently lost them all (they all closed up while I was asleep during a few surgeries). Anyways, I plan on getting my labret done again (middle of lower lip, above chin), and maybe even two. The thing is, I want to try avoiding damage to my gums and teeth. I got very minor gum recession when I last had it, but still.
So I'm wondering: If I use a plastic bar will it still cause any damage?
