How do I get rid of my lower back pain?
I'm 15 years old and I started having lower back pain a couple days ago. It only hurts when I bend my body at a certain angle. Also my back feels "tired." I'm constantly switching postures (hunchback to straight-up) to feel comfortable.
Yesterday night I took some advice and laid down in some really hot water.My whole body felt relieved but when I woke up this morning I still had the lower back pain. How can I get rid of this and how long will it last?
How can i get my silver necklace to be really shiny?
my silver necklace looks dull and black but not that black...when i put it in the light its shiny and white...i have this other necklace i brought and i look at them both and theres a huge difference the other one is way shinier and whitish looking than mine..and ive tried everything to make mine shiny white newish looking like tooth paste,soap,hot water and vinegar,everything even a 20 year old silver polish bottle...can anyone help ? :(

I just want to know if there are any benefits to drinking warm or hot water, not scalding hot of course, but hot.

Brushing your teeth and drinking tea?
So this might seem like a stupid question... but you know how you're supposed to wash your face with warm water... because hot water kills germs? Well, does brushing your teeth with warm water or drinking hot tea kill germs in your mouth?
back pain?
tuesday night i was eating chapattis. i was in a hurry so i was eating them eally quickly and i think i got some of it stuck in my back. like in the middle between my shoulder blades it feels stuck in like my chest area on the back i drank loads of water but it still feel stuck it hurts a bit as well. i dunno if its still there or if its gone when i woke up this morning my back between my shoulder blades really hurt and i felt sick but now its not hurting as much. i dunno if the food is still there but my back hurts i drank hot water yesterdayy and that made it a bit better. my stomach was making rumbling noises 2daii and the pain is in the middle of my back. i dont know if it becoz of the food or something else
I dropped my toothbrush in the bathtub where its super dirty?
I moved into a new house a year ago so we had a shower stall and a unuses bathtub. The bathtub served no purpose so we left it alone. Yesterday while brushing my teeth i dropped my toothbrush into the tub near the drain where its really rusty and dirty there. I picked it up quickly and rinsed it with hot water. I didnt scrub the bristles or anything so is it okay to use? Im really germophobic :\
Is it tartar or is it my dentist wanting some extra cash?
Today my dentist told me that he found some small pieces of tartar (calculus, petrified plague) on the inner side of my front lower teeth. I could not believe what he told me as I brush and floss regularly, I don't drink soda and try to avoid too much sugar in my diet. In addition, in the last few months I have taken up the habit of rinsing my mouth with hot water after every meal which is also a good way of avoiding tooth decay. I take care of my teeth a lot more than most other people in my family. Anyway, I went home and checked my lower teeth and I found some brown lines (not spots) in the interdental space and right above the gum of my teeth. However, these lines have been there for years and as far as I know my brother has them too and he had his teeth checked just a few months ago and his doctor did not mention any tartar whatsoever. So I bought myself some plaque disclosing tablets. After using them the brown lines just remained brown and the enamel around them seems to be perfectly clean too... what do you think, do I really have tartar or it is just remineralized enamel. Thanks a lot for all your suggestions.
Hi, I would just add that those tablets I mentioned in my previous description were supposed to colour plague red... those parts of my teeth that look like tartar just remained the same as before and the enamel around them seems perfectly healthy, no coloring, nothing...
Why does hot or warm water taste bad when you have bad breath?
I just took a shower and I hadn't brushed my teeth yet, and I tried to drink the hot water in the shower and it tasted sooo bad. Why is this?
Is it OK to brush your teeth with hot water?
I mean, get your toothbrush wet with hot water, then put the toothpaste on it, then get it wet with hot water again, is that OK?
