Don't drink to much pop, it'll stain your teeth around the braces, if you want to drink pop USE A STRAW. I never popped a bracket, but I'm not a fan of sticky or hard candy, however my brother did, so be extremely careful if you're going to break the food rules. Sugar free gum is nice because it doesn't stick to your braces. Just sayin. xD
